- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- Optional toppings: chopped fresh parsley, hot sauce

- Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
