- 2 whole grain tortilla wraps
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until they are no longer pink in the middle, about 6-7 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper. Let the chicken cool, then slice it into thin strips.
- Prepare the Avocado: Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Mash the avocado in a bowl and mix in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

- Roll the Wrap: Fold the sides of the wrap inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom up. Cut the wrap in half and serve.
